This was my first visit to Stivers Ford and everyone was so courtesy and the environment was welcoming. I took my 2016 Ford Flex in because my rear camera was glitching and wouldn't work 1/2 of the time. I spoke with Jenny on the phone and she provided me with an estimate time-frame as to how long it will take to locate the problem and fix it. I was pleased to know that Stivers Ford stood on their word my vehicle was in the shop for a week while they performed the diagnostic on it and located the issue. Once the issue was located I received a call notifying me of the findibg and what it will cost to fix it. I was assured that my vehicle would be ready the middle of the following week and it was. Thank you, Stivers Ford!

Stivers has always been great, the customer service rep Jenny went over and above this time. My engine and cabin filters were so dirty, she called Ford and had them OK replacing them under my service plan early. Thanks Jenny!

I had an issue with my car which was initially misdiagnosed and the problem was not fixed. I was really upset at that time since I was traveling to Mobile and got the car at 5 PM on a Friday. Initially the service advisor was Jenny and when I got back and seeing how upset I was, she brought Ralp to assist me. They gave me a new expedition as a courtesy car for me to go to Mobile. I felt a little bad since that expedition had barely 7 miles on the odometer. They took almost 1 week to rectify their mistake and did not charge me anything more. Also, they made sure I was with the courtesy vehicle till I got my car fixed. I must admit they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The courtesy car had 750 miles when it was returned. I highly recommend this dealership since they accepted their mistake and made sure to rectify it rather than trying to take more money from the customer which some dealerships do.
